| GBR was founded in September 2003 by three experienced and well known property professionals - John Griffiths, Stephen Benson and Simon Robinson. Phil Carlin, Ben Thacker, Alex Watson and Michelle Ward now complete the team.
The 3 founding Directors previously held senior positions within CB Richard Ellis and Jones Lang LaSalle. The GBR team has an established track record and reputation in the Birmingham and Midlands region, each member bringing a unique working relationship history to GBR. Importantly they have complementary real estate skills based on a combined 75 years in the real estate industry in the United Kingdom, the US and Asia Pacific.
GBR serves the commercial property market focusing on investment agency, funding and office leasing, providing consultancy services to institutions, corporates, property and development companies within the key markets in the Midlands.
